Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to develop, implement, and support computerized systems for clinical and non-clinical clients. You will work closely with users, vendors, and Information Systems personnel to ensure business needs are met through vendor-system capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Actively participate in the applications on-call rotation cycle, including 24-hour availability.
- Adhere to departmental procedures and standard work processes.
- Administer needed changes to procedure manuals and other documentation.
- Analyze existing information systems, processes, and procedures, evaluating new and existing systems functionality and workflows.
- Assist in training end users and other analysts as required.
- Assist the Director of Business Information Systems in planning and managing functional areas and related modules/systems.
- Effectively interact with customers, end users, core teams, management, other IS staff, and vendors.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of assigned systems, applications, modules, and supported workflows.
- Provide ongoing support for assigned systems and functional areas, including testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Serve as project manager or as a project resource for assigned systems or process improvement projects.
- Work closely with other Information System staff and serve as a technical project resource as assigned.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $60,486.40 - $93,745.60
