Dexcom Corporation is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst specializing in Workday HCM and reporting. This role will be an essential addition to the HRIT team, helping to maintain and optimize our existing Workday solutions as we continue to scale our service and delivery model.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to management, HR, and end-users.
- Leverage Workday Community/support and experiential knowledge to resolve complex escalation points.
- Monitor and ensure the integrity of data on all HR systems.
- Support reporting needs from HR, IT, and other areas of the business.
- Partner with the Workday HRIT team and the broader People team on adoption of Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities.
- Review and action tasks assigned to the HR Administrator role.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an HR Administrator in Workday.
- At least 2 years of progressive working experience in enterprise HRIS applications, including business process configuration, reporting, and security administration.
- Understanding of Workday business processes and reporting.
- Senior-level knowledge of application reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements to system configuration.
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing duties during periods of high volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and establish strong working relationships.
- Demonstrated success working remotely and internationally, coordinating with peers and team members globally.
- Flexibility to operate at multiple altitudes and prioritize workload.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience, or a Master’s degree and 0-2 years equivalent experience.
