Kariera w Pekao - Bank Polska S.A. is hiring a Business-Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional project teams to gather and analyze business requirements, creating functional specifications for our IT solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with project teams consisting of project managers, analysts, developers, and testers responsible for software development and implementing new functionalities.
- Gather, agree upon, and analyze business requirements and develop solution recommendations from both business and technological perspectives.
- Identify and solve problems arising in daily work.
- Create functional and non-functional requirement specifications for IT solutions and be responsible for their quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the bank's external client, particularly development and product teams.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education, minimum engineering degree in a STEM field (preferred fields: IT, mathematics, physics).
- Good knowledge of UML, BPMN, and Enterprise Architect.
- Experience in the area of cloud platform solutions, particularly in automation and LLM utilization.
- Experience in projects utilizing Low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, and DevOps environments.
- English language knowledge at B1/B2 level.
Nice to Have
- Experience in API integration (REST, SOAP).
