EX Squared is hiring a Business System Analyst 2

Jobgether is seeking a Business System Analyst 2 to contribute to the success of large-scale business and technology initiatives. You will act as a critical bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and validation of systems across benefits, claims, and product domains.

What You'll Do

• Perform post-promotion validations to confirm successful code migration across downstream environments.
• Conduct monthly and weekly product audits to ensure benefits align with defined benefit matrices.
• Run queries and claims testing to validate Behavioral Health benefit configurations against business requirements.
• Create and manage JIRA tickets for incidents, defects, and configuration adjustments.
• Validate service rules in line with benefit matrices and compliance standards.
• Support UAT activities across multiple domains, collaborating with domain points of contact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and recommend process or system improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in benefits and claims analysis.
• Strong ability to write, execute, and interpret SQL queries.
• Solid background in testing methodologies, including UAT and QA.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though strong relevant skills may substitute for formal education.

• Experience with Facets and JIRA ticket management.

• Contract role with a competitive pay rate of $40–$45 per hour on W2.
