Jobgether is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to be a central driver of revenue performance, connecting sales, marketing, and finance with accurate insights and streamlined processes. In this remote US role, you'll work hands-on with Salesforce and other GTM tools to ensure data integrity, optimize workflows, and provide actionable intelligence to the business.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for GTM leaders.
- Partner with Sales Leadership on pipeline reporting, quota attainment analysis, and territory assignments.
- Support forecasting, productivity tracking, and sales effectiveness analysis.
- Ensure Salesforce and GTM data integrity, addressing bottlenecks before they impact performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to streamline lead management and conversions.
- Administer commissions and incentive plans, partnering with Finance on payout calculations.
- Contribute to deal structuring, pricing approvals, and workflow optimization with Legal and Finance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Salesforce expertise.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Skilled at translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce admin-level knowledge.
- Familiarity with Gong or similar GTM effectiveness tools.
- Experience with Apollo, Pardot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
