AssistRx is hiring a Senior Business Data Analyst to lead the onboarding and success of our electronic data trading partners. In this remote role, you will be responsible for monitoring client data submissions, resolving data quality issues, and ensuring implementations meet our defined specifications.
What You'll Do
- Guide partners in creating data mappings according to defined specifications.
- Communicate directly with leadership on data needs and key deadlines.
- Research and identify data quality issues reported during onboarding or through new file submissions, working with clients and the team on resolutions.
- Field ongoing requests and questions regarding data specifications.
- Review received files for compliance with data needs, testing files and identifying business rules for configuration.
- Configure the mapping tool to support translation from source data to the desired format, including testing and providing clear documentation.
- Act as the resident expert for data requirements and specifications.
- Stay informed on ongoing changes and evolution of data specs.
- Lead co-worker trainings on data specifications and requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or 8+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
- Hands-on experience with ETL, analytic-based reporting, Tableau, SqlServer, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
- Previous client-facing experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
