AssistRx is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to drive data integrity and insight for our clients and internal teams. In this remote role, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and analyzing data, acting as a key link between our technical systems and client success.
What You'll Do
- Acquire, manage, and analyze data for presentation to internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Lead the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensure successful implementations.
- Monitor client data submissions and communicate directly with clients to resolve data quality issues.
- Develop reports and analytics using data from our data warehouse and Salesforce with tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, relationships, and correlations, applying statistical analysis.
- Provide context and explanations for data using visualizations and narrative descriptions.
- Identify outliers or anomalies in the data and investigate their causes.
- Review and QA data and reports before they are provided to clients.
- Research and identify data quality issues.
- Manage ongoing, incoming partner requests and questions regarding data specifications.
- Configure mapping tools to support translation from source data to desired format, including testing and documentation.
- Act as the resident expert for data requirements and specifications internally and for the client.
- Remain informed of ongoing changes and evolution of assigned program data specs.
- Lead client and partner web-based trainings regarding data specifications and requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter who does not require constant direction to fulfill the functions of the role.
- Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial-like environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL is a must.
- Previous client-facing experience is a must.
- Must be extremely responsive, able to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting.
- Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data.
