SupportYourApp is hiring a part-time Lead AI Engineer to build our AI-powered solutions and backbone systems. This remote role requires fluent English and focuses on driving projects from concept to launch in a dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in data engineering and 1+ year in AI.
- Expertise building scalable data pipelines and platforms (Spark, S3, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI systems, particularly RAG and memory-focused architectures.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and techniques — foundation models, vector databases, prompt engineering, system evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture patterns (medallion, STAR), incremental ingestion, and data quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and work independently.
- Ownership-driven mindset, eagerness to learn, adapt, and ship results quickly.
- Fluent English.
