Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the company’s long-term business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the market.
- Support the creation of strategic presentations, reports, and business proposals for leadership review.
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to assess the success of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and effective execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic planning workshops to contribute innovative solutions and ideas.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, market research, and business development strategies.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis, trend analysis, and strategic forecasting methods.
- Knowledge of industry research methods and business strategy frameworks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
