Centene Management Company LLC is hiring a Business Solutions Developer II to plan, configure, and build technological solutions that solve common business challenges. This is a cross-functional role that blends business knowledge with technical skills, working collaboratively with multiple teams and specialists to take solutions from design through development, testing, and maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Write code for software programs and applications using inheritance and virtualization, following best programming practices.
- Perform complex research and analysis to find the best solutions to stakeholder requests or problems.
- Conduct meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on ongoing projects.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders during solution development.
- Collaborate with peers on development and solution strategy to identify the most efficient and effective product solutions.
- Perform regular code reviews and requests.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Teradata or Snowflake experience.
- Data Analyst experience.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with Power Platform development.
