As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll shape how data is structured, accessed, and interpreted across the organization. You'll take ownership of the data presentation layer, ensuring it is reliable, performant, and aligned with business needs. Working closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, you'll translate complex data sets into clear, actionable models that power decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and optimize data models that transform raw data into consistent, reusable assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-impact analytics solutions
- Implement and enforce data quality standards, testing frameworks, and documentation practices
- Enhance the speed, clarity, and usability of analytics across product and business functions
- Guide peers and junior team members in analytics engineering principles and best practices
- Work within cloud data platforms to develop scalable, maintainable data pipelines and transformation workflows
What We're Looking For
- Proven background in data or analytics engineering with strong skills in data modeling and transformation
- Proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of data warehousing architectures
- Hands-on experience with dbt and modern data stack tools in cloud environments like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Experience building and maintaining transformation layers and data pipelines
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business domains
- Commitment to data reliability, scalability, and clear communication of insights

- Work in fintech, particularly in financial inclusion or credit systems
