EMD Serono is looking for a Business Process Owner, Labeling to lead the labeling stream within our SAP ERP projects. In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert, strategically steering operational and strategic activities to ensure labeling requirements are integrated into system designs while driving the implementation of a new global labeling solution.
What You'll Do
- Strategically steer operational and strategic activities for ERP projects, ensuring labeling requirements are seamlessly integrated into system designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement a global labeling solution that aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate current labeling processes to identify opportunities for optimization and standardization.
- Ensure compliance with global labeling standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Oversee training programs and guide key stakeholders on labeling processes and systems.
- Work closely with IT and project teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of labeling solutions within ERP systems.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant job experience in the domain may substitute for formal education.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems (preferably S/4HANA) and ERP projects, with a functional focus on logistical integration.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing logistically integrative solutions at a global scale.
- Experience working in or with global teams.
Nice to Have
- Extensive experience in labeling processes, preferably within the electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with labeling solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for labeling in the electronics industry.
