Atlas Copco was looking for a Business Process Expert Sales & Marketing

At Atlas Copco, we are looking for a Business Process Expert Sales & Marketing. Your mission is to (re)define our rental sales & marketing processes and implement them in our new global system landscape (Salesforce.com and SAP). This critical role will drive operational excellence, support business growth, and ensure a top-notch customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the hands-on expert for the quote-to-cash process, serving as the go-to specialist for its implementation and optimization in our Next Gen ERP solution.
  • Perform business process deep dives with Business Key Users to identify fit/gap changes and carry out change impact analyses.
  • Provide expert advice on improvements in organizational roles, workflows, and processes to align with the new system landscape.
  • Validate regional change requests to ensure alignment with the global template while addressing local needs.
  • Specify business requirements and review technical specifications, collaborating with technical partners to ensure an accurate translation of business needs.
  • Lead implementation activities including configuration, solution testing, and training to secure successful adoption of future-state processes.
  • Develop training materials and support change management, creating and delivering training sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Operational experience with the quote-to-cash process.
  • Experience of working in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and process skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within an Atlas Copco (Rental) Company.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce.com ecosystems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of more languages is a plus.
  • Project experience and/or Agile ways of working will be a plus.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in either Boom (Antwerp area, Belgium) or Zaragoza (Spain).
