What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery sessions to understand current workflows and define future-state processes
- Analyze business needs and convert them into detailed user stories and features
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate how changes affect systems and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Agile development cycle—from planning to testing
- Develop use cases and support User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions
- Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with enterprise objectives
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support project success
- Help shape timelines and deliverables using sound business judgment and industry knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Experience working on large-scale technology integrations across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Current employment with UHG or as a contractor at UHG or one of its subsidiaries

Work Environment
This position supports hybrid work. Candidates based in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C., are expected to work in the office at least four days per week. Remote work is available for employees located anywhere else in the U.S., in accordance with company telecommuting policies.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 for full-time roles.
