Visa is looking for a Business Planning & Operations Analyst to support our Business Planning and Operations (BPO) team. In this role, you will partner with business development and functional units to help manage Visa's business and achieve our organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Orchestrate the MDF cadence and all related processes for planning, tracking, and reporting initiatives in CIS&SEE.
- Lead MDF management during the AOP process, including planning, consolidation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with Finance, Business Development, and Controllership to develop management reporting tools.
- Provide daily operational support for the full MDF project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to MDF files and reports; review monthly financial data and investigate discrepancies.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support MDF investment decisions and optimize fund allocation.
- Develop and maintain ROI calculators for MDF initiatives, ensuring strict verification and control of inputs and outputs.
- Implement governance frameworks for ROI validation and compliance with internal standards.
- Monitor ROI performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to automate MDF planning, ROI calculation, and reporting processes.
- Deploy tools and technologies to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy.
- Maintain oversight of automated processes to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to give Business Development and management clear visibility into MDF performance and ROI.
- Support ad-hoc analysis, such as market deep dives and client evaluations, to identify gaps and drive new sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the Operations Controls team to maintain a robust control environment.
- Conduct regular audits of MDF and ROI processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Foster collaboration with GCM, BPO Head, BD, Finance, and Controllership teams to achieve collective objectives.
- Coach and educate CIS&SEE Business Development teams on financial performance, ROI methodologies, and MIS tools.
- Conduct training sessions on MDF processes, ROI calculators, and reporting instruments upon request.
