Responsibilities
- Monitor core KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, pipeline performance)
- Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
- Improve reporting structure and dashboard clarity
- Turn raw data into structured business insights
- Own smaller initiatives end-to-end
- Support strategic efforts tied to enterprise deals and category growth
- Track timelines, surface blockers, and follow up with stakeholders
- Ensure important initiatives don’t stall
- Map workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Propose simplifications or automation
- Support sales tracking and internal coordination processes
- Analyze sales performance and pipeline dynamics
- Identify revenue-impacting bottlenecks
- Gain exposure to enterprise partnerships and commercial decision-making
Requirements
- Master’s student or final-year Bachelor’s
- Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or similar
- At least one relevant internship (startup, consulting, e-commerce, operations)
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical thinking
- High ownership mindset
- Ability to operate in ambiguity
- Fluent English
Additional Information
- Part-time (20-25 hours per week)
- Prague-based
- 2-5 weekly calls with US stakeholders (late afternoon flexibility required)
