DriveWhip is hiring a Business Operations Analyst (Spanish Fluent) to deliver operational excellence and customer support for our Numerix SaaS clients. This role sits at the intersection of market finance and technology, requiring a process-oriented mindset with a blend of finance domain expertise (70%) and technical skills (30%).

What You'll Do

Define, design, and implement standard operating procedures to run business operations on behalf of Numerix SaaS clients.
Perform daily monitoring and verification of reports for market and counterparty credit risk analytics, including MTM, Greeks, PFE, CVA, FVA, and VaR.
Perform daily monitoring of alerts on the success or failure of daily runs, batch processes, and market data feeds.
Conduct periodic intra-day checks of the health of OneView applications and ancillary systems to ensure operational integrity and SLA fulfilment.
Respond to daily requests for operational support activities, including trade setup and corporate action.
Respond to requests for technical support; triage and resolve issues and manage escalation to value streams.
Act as Incident Manager for incidents discovered through automated alerts or reported by clients.
Manage the release of OneView application releases in pre-production, coordinating dress rehearsals and parallel runs.
Lead and coordinate the release of OneView applications GA and patch releases in production environments with clients.
Produce internal and external reports with statistics to measure service for management reviews.
Manage Market Data documents.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry with at least 2 years of treasury experience in front or middle office environments.
Bachelor’s degree in finance and IT.
Mandatory proficiency in Linux & Python.
Working knowledge of public and OTC Cash and Derivative products.
Working knowledge of Market and Credit Risk (Var, XVA, Greeks, etc.).
A solid grasp of market and counterparty credit risk fundamentals.
Ability to prioritize and perform in complex, fast-paced situations.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of issues.
Basic knowledge of scripting languages, including Python, and cloud-based hosting solutions (AWS preferred).
Business fluency in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

Exposure to multiple Asset Classes (FI, Commodities, Credit, Equities, and FX).
Familiarity with at least one of the following systems: Bloomberg, Calypso, Murex, Misys, Risk Metrics.
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and step functions.
