Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. is looking for a Business Operation Manager with a Financial Controller mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business operations through process optimization and reporting, supporting performance management, and managing budgets and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Drive business operations through process optimization, consolidation, and reporting.
- Support performance management with analysis, transparency, and clear reporting.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controlling to guide strategic decisions.
- Act as an interface across teams, delivering presentations and insights for leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in business operations, performance management, or financial controlling.
- Experience ideally within a matrix organization.
- Strong skills in financial and performance data consolidation and analysis.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
- Proficient in reporting tools, data analysis software, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical thinking with numbers and quick to grasp complex topics.
- Able to present insights clearly and adapt to different audiences.
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and able to drive projects independently.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of cloud services or healthcare.
