About the Role

OKOIOS is looking for a Business Manager Intern to join our IT consulting firm. You will focus on business development and client engagement, playing a key role in outreach, lead qualification, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outreach to clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the Business Manager or sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
  • Support the Business Manager in identifying market trends, researching competitors, and developing strategic plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • A positive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to feedback.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Fluent in German.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer relations.
  • Any other language.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with the Business Manager and sales team within our company of 11-50 Mitarbeitende, reporting directly to the Business Manager.
