Create (or coordinate the creation) of high-quality business presentations and proposals required in executive-level decision-making Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by liaising with colleagues in all ranks of the organization, serving as the crucial interface between trading desks, internal functions and other business divisions of MET Group Contribute to and coordinate initiatives (ranging from strategy, M&A, organizational, to technology / AI-related topics) that drive business growth and/or process improvements Act as an interface between the CEO and various functions for operational follow-ups and speak on his behalf if required Monitor relevant developments and market news in the energy trading industry Conduct desk research and analysis related to the implementation of new processes and/or tools
