Wilson Elser is hiring a Business Line Program Administrator

The Business Line Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of client programs, delivering data-driven insights, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards. This role works closely with program leads, legal teams, and claims professionals to monitor workflows, track critical deadlines, and maintain compliance across high-volume case portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and evaluate data from multiple sources to generate meaningful reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support daily operations and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a centralized repository of knowledge to improve team efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify inefficiencies and compliance risks, then propose practical improvements aligned with client and firm requirements.
  • Monitor performance indicators and ensure accurate, timely updates to internal and client-facing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute documentation, dashboards, and presentations to inform decision-making and promote transparency.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and claims personnel to resolve issues and maintain workflow integrity.
  • Ensure adherence to program protocols and manage requests in a compliant, organized manner.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational abilities, leadership potential, and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving setting. Proficiency with document management platforms and Microsoft Office—especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint—is essential. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, thinks critically, and approaches challenges with both strategic vision and precision.

Experience in civil litigation within a law firm or insurance setting is preferred, as is familiarity with project management or process optimization. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and large datasets, are highly valued.

Work Environment

This hybrid role allows remote work from any state where the firm has a physical office. The position demands adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
