SEEKA Technologies (Not Seeka Limited) is a project under its parent organization called Fresh Futures Australia (FFA) which is an education consultant based in both Australia and Malaysia. We are developing and creating a platform that utilises A.I. to help match students and job seekers to the right opportunities relevant to them from Kindergarten up to the University along with vocational training centers and language schools and ofcourse to businesses and companies who need the right candidates. Our mission is to make it easier for anyone to find, filter and apply to educational institutions and companies in a more seamless manner. We’re on a mission to revolutionize the education and training landscape by connecting job seekers with Registered Training Organizations (RTOs), educational institutions, and employment opportunities. Our innovative platform bridges the gap between skills development and career growth in Australia. We’re looking for enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of learning and employment.: • Only English is spoken on the job • The minimum number of internship months we can accept is 2 months • Both international students and locals are welcome to apply for this position As a Business Intern , you’ll play a key role in supporting our team with critical research and analytical tasks. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Market Research: • Conduct in-depth research on the education technology market , Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) , the educational sector , and the Australian job market . • Explore specific aspects such as marketing strategies , social media trends , finance & economics , statistics , business processes , operations , and management practices . 2. Data Analysis & Visualization: • Analyze collected data and create clear, visually appealing representations such as pie charts , bar charts , timelines , and other infographics. • Use tools like MS Excel , Google Sheets , Canva , and Figma to present data effectively. 3. Administrative Support: • Assist with data entry , admin tasks , and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 4. Design Concepts for UX/UI: • Contribute to designing concepts that focus on improving user flow , usability , UI , and UX for our website and mobile app pages . • Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. 5. Tool Mastery: • Gain hands-on experience using tools like MS Word , Google Docs , Microsoft Visio , and Figma to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business , Commerce , Economics , Finance, Psychology , or a related field. • Strong interest in research , data analysis , and problem-solving . • Basic proficiency in tools like MS Excel , Google Sheets , Canva , and Figma (training provided where needed). • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Passion for innovation in education , technology , and career development . (Note: No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!) Additional Information • Completely remote or work from home (Very good if you also want to spend more time with family) • Gain hands-on experience in software testing within a professional environment. • Mentorship and guidance from a Technical Manager. • The possibility of retainment for part-time or Full-time work post-internship based on your performance, even if you are not based in Malaysia
