Seeka Technology is hiring a Business Internship - WFH/ Remote Job

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on the education technology market, Registered Training Organizations (RTOs), the educational sector, and the Australian job market.
  • Explore specific aspects such as marketing strategies, social media trends, finance & economics, statistics, business processes, operations, and management practices.
  • Analyze collected data and create clear, visually appealing representations such as pie charts, bar charts, timelines, and other infographics.
  • Use tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and Figma to present data effectively.
  • Assist with data entry, admin tasks, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to designing concepts that focus on improving user flow, usability, UI, and UX for our website and mobile app pages.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Gain hands-on experience using tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Microsoft Visio, and Figma to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Basic proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and Figma (training provided where needed).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for innovation in education, technology, and career development.

Additional Information

  • Only English is spoken on the job.
  • The minimum number of internship months we can accept is 2 months.
  • Both international students and locals are welcome to apply for this position.
  • Completely remote or work from home (Very good if you also want to spend more time with family).
  • Gain hands-on experience in software testing within a professional environment.
  • Mentorship and guidance from a Technical Manager.
  • The possibility of retainment for part-time or Full-time work post-internship based on your performance, even if you are not based in Malaysia.
