Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer II to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. In this remote role, you will design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards to inform organizational strategy and improve operational outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau.
- Optimize existing reports and dashboards to improve data accuracy, visualization, and usability.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity in collaboration with the data management team.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and data queries to support timely decision-making.
- Stay up to date with BI best practices and emerging technologies to continually enhance reporting capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in BI report development with demonstrable work samples.
- Proficiency in BI tools, such as Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
- Familiarity with the Amazon AWS cloud platform.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience in the healthcare domain with payers or providers.

- Compensation range: $80,000 to $105,000 annually.
