CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer 2 to join our caring community, helping us put health first. In this remote role, you will solve complex business problems by transforming raw data from internal and external systems into meaningful, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
What You'll Do
- Solve complex business problems using data to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Utilize various tools and technologies to collect, integrate, analyze, and present organizational data.
- Transform raw data into meaningful business information supporting strategic and operational objectives.
- Receive requirements from Business value streams and decide how best to implement desired solutions.
- Adhere to established guidelines and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience in data analysis and/or process/workflow automations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Nice to Have
- 1 or more years of experience in SQL, Python, SaaS and/or other data querying languages/systems.
- 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform application suite, particularly Power BI.
- 1 or more years of experience with access controls and/or user permission best practices.
- Experience with data mining, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), predictive modeling, and/or trend analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions.

- Compensation: $66,800 - $91,100 per year.
