Encore Global is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst III to join our Data & Analytics Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing and supporting our data landscape, using advanced analytics to lead tactical business decisions for customers and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Leverage independent judgement and advanced analytical skills to interpret complex goals, trends, and risks by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics.
- Use advanced analytic solutions to support customer teams and improve operational efficiencies.
- Work on projects of high complexity, serving in an advisory capacity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally as a trusted advisor to ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.
- Develop and deliver complex, data-driven insights, recommendations, and predictions to stakeholders.
- Engage with strategic stakeholders for planning, forecasting, and understanding impactful business questions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior analysts while receiving mentorship on complex new business problems.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in data-driven business insights, business analytics, and dashboard design.
- Proficient knowledge of advanced analysis solutions like OLTP/OLAP data structures, advanced Excel, Tableau, Compass, Power BI, and Business Objects.
- Proficient knowledge of domain languages such as SQL Query.
- Application of complex statistical methods like regression analysis, correlation, and causation.
- The ability to communicate and present effectively to all levels of leadership, including a strong executive presence.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent in computer science, finance, or statistics/mathematics.
- Advanced industry understanding in one of the following: Hardware, Software, SaaS, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
