Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify reporting requirements
  • Assist teams in creating and refining key performance indicators
  • Help build a comprehensive KPI catalog for internal and external use
  • Support project initiatives involving internal and external parties
  • Evaluate departmental needs and suggest improvements and opportunities
  • Map and document internal business processes for clarity and usability
  • Identify and evaluate risks that could impact project success
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project and quality plans
  • Manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and foster productive relationships
  • Establish and maintain trust with key business partners
  • Actively support efforts to reduce disruptions to live systems by resolving root causes and coordinating with third-party vendors
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business operations to deliver practical, effective support within agreed service levels
  • Coordinate with IT support, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure smooth deployment with proper backup and disaster recovery measures
