Corporate Immigration Partners (CIP PC) is looking for a Business Immigration Attorney to provide strategic legal counsel and manage comprehensive immigration programs. You will work closely with a range of clients and internal teams, focusing on exceptional service while maintaining work-life balance.

What You'll Do

Prepare and file high-volume cases for acceptance and approval, including H-1B, I-140, I-485, and relevant NIV/IV petitions.
Manage clients, consult with potential Small Business clients, and guide them through complex immigration processes.
Provide support to the Managing Attorney on Enterprise clients and offer leadership to your assigned team(s).
Liaise with other attorneys or departments within the firm on collaborative projects.
Assist in maintaining casework quality and consistency for your team(s).
Evaluate cases and help develop case strategies and solutions to legal issues.
Provide coverage for attorneys during vacations and leaves of absence.
Work closely with and mentor paralegals; provide supervision of other employees as required.
Perform reporting and auditing duties.
Supplement and maintain knowledge of immigration law and policy changes.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and briefs.
Analyze facts, patterns, and complex legal issues to provide sound legal advice.
Prepare immigration filings for complex case management.
Gain rapport and foster strong, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

What We're Looking For

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Admittance to a State Bar.
1-3 years of related business immigration experience.
1+ years of experience and proficiency with the PERM process.
Hands-on experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visa categories.
A track record of consistently meeting Service Level Expectations (SLEs).
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and standard legal research tools.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
