Corporate Immigration Partners (CIP PC) is looking for a Business Immigration Attorney to provide strategic legal counsel and manage comprehensive immigration programs. You will work closely with a range of clients and internal teams, focusing on exceptional service while maintaining work-life balance.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and file high-volume cases for acceptance and approval, including H-1B, I-140, I-485, and relevant NIV/IV petitions.
- Manage clients, consult with potential Small Business clients, and guide them through complex immigration processes.
- Provide support to the Managing Attorney on Enterprise clients and offer leadership to your assigned team(s).
- Liaise with other attorneys or departments within the firm on collaborative projects.
- Assist in maintaining casework quality and consistency for your team(s).
- Evaluate cases and help develop case strategies and solutions to legal issues.
- Provide coverage for attorneys during vacations and leaves of absence.
- Work closely with and mentor paralegals; provide supervision of other employees as required.
- Perform reporting and auditing duties.
- Supplement and maintain knowledge of immigration law and policy changes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and briefs.
- Analyze facts, patterns, and complex legal issues to provide sound legal advice.
- Prepare immigration filings for complex case management.
- Gain rapport and foster strong, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Admittance to a State Bar.
- 1-3 years of related business immigration experience.
- 1+ years of experience and proficiency with the PERM process.
- Hands-on experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visa categories.
- A track record of consistently meeting Service Level Expectations (SLEs).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and standard legal research tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000-$110,000
Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid work model. Positions are available based in Chicago or Remote (US).
