Saira is hiring a Business Finance Intern

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across departments to improve working capital by managing inventory, receivables, and payables efficiently.
  • Generate and deliver detailed Working Capital Management Information Systems (MIS) reports on schedule, offering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Create and update dashboards tracking critical metrics including inventory status, inflows, sell-through rate, Q2 performance, and liquidation, with comparisons to plans and AOP.
  • Perform weekly and monthly working capital forecasts by consolidating data from multiple sources.
  • Oversee the Open-to-Buy (OTB) process in coordination with Business Finance and Inventory Planning & Control teams.
  • Monitor and assess key performance indicators, identifying deviations from plans and AOP, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit MEC files related to inventory accurately and on time.
  • Lead automation efforts with data analysts to improve process efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
  • Develop and maintain timely G&A MIS reports that highlight spending trends and variances.
  • Work with department leaders to build the Annual Operating Plan, aligning with strategic goals and financial targets.
  • Review and authorize G&A expenses, ensuring adherence to budget limits and company policies.
  • Ensure provision inputs are submitted promptly to stakeholders, following internal deadlines and reporting cycles.
