Roles & Responsibilities ● Working Capital Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital, ensuring efficient management of inventory, receivables, and payables. ● MIS Preparation: Prepare and deliver comprehensive Working Capital Management Information Systems (MIS) reports within established timelines, providing relevant insights to stakeholders. ● Dashboard Development: Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics such as inventory health, inwards, STR%, Q2, and liquidation, highlighting variances against plans and Annual Operating Plans (AOP). ● Forecasting & Modeling: Conduct weekly and monthly working capital modeling, aggregating estimates from various sources. ● OTB Process Management: Centrally manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) process in alignment with Business Finance (BizFin) and Inventory Planning & Control (IPC) teams. ● Variance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators, identifying and communicating variances versus plans and AOP to relevant stakeholders ● MEC File Preparation: Ensure timely preparation and submission of MEC files related to inventory. ● Automation Initiatives: Drive automation projects in collaboration with data analysts to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. ● G&A MIS Preparation: Develop and maintain accurate and timely G&A Management Information Systems reports, providing insights into expense trends and variances. ● G&A AOP Development: Collaborate with department heads to prepare the Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. ● Expenditure Approval: Review and approve G&A-related expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and organizational policies. ● Provision Submission: Ensure the timely submission of provision inputs to relevant stakeholders, adhering to internal deadlines and reporting schedules. Qualifications & Experience ● Education: CA/ MBA ( in Finance) ● Experience: 1–2 years of experience in working capital management, financial analysis, or a related field. ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), familiarity with data visualization tools, SQL. ● Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management. ● Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
