Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German, along with strong English language skills
- Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring sales teams
- Proven track record in outbound telesales or acquiring small and medium-sized enterprise clients
- History of delivering revenue growth and enhancing sales conversion metrics
- Experience providing feedback on call performance and nurturing sales team development
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and conduct performance experiments
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and commitment to results
- Ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing and evolving work environment
