Chime is seeking a high-energy Business Development Specialist to act as an engine of growth for our Mineral Processing division. In this fully remote position, you will spearhead our Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, and Wear Piping segments, working across international markets to identify and develop new opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify untapped opportunities in mineral processing.
- Prospect for new leads and nurture mid-to-long-term relationships to build a pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Product Development teams to craft winning technical solutions and proposals.
- Execute market entry plans that remove barriers and accelerate growth in emerging segments.
- Create high-impact sales materials that clearly communicate the company's value proposition.
- Champion the 'Safety First' culture, ensuring all proposals reflect a commitment to quality.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in Technical Sales within the mining sector.
- Knowledge of Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, or Wear Piping solutions.
- Ability to thrive in high-stakes international collaboration and a 'One Team' culture.
- A proactive self-starter who navigates challenges independently to deliver results.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and data-driven decision-making.
