Zendesk is hiring a Business Development Representative - Spanish Speaking to join our Sales Development team. This is a key pipeline role driving new business growth for the EMEA region. You will combine strategic prospecting with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Be a key member of the sales team, driving new business and executing the regional strategy.
- Manage a busy outbound pipeline and provide a top-class customer experience.
- Use innovative prospecting methods for cold accounts and new groups within existing Zendesk customers.
- Generate high-value pipeline through targeted prospecting into startups, unicorns, and enterprise businesses.
- Actively source new leads using social tools.
- Be motivated to consistently overachieve on targets and metrics.
- Act as the face of the brand, building an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Sales-related environment.
- Passion to start or continue a career in consultative sales.
- Solid business experience (SaaS sales preferred), curiosity, and a customer-centric approach.
- A “Can Do” attitude with a hunger and self-starter commitment to overachieve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Availability to work weekly in a hybrid model between the Lisbon office and remotely.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
