PolicyMe is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to fuel our growth.
What You'll Do
- Prospect for and generate new qualified leads through strategic outreach
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities
- Conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit and identify client needs
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales development, or similar outbound role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and activity targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
