Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across target organisations
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, contributing directly to revenue growth
- Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Manage and track activity in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Bring creativity and personality to your outreach while following a proven sales process
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a BDR or sales role
- Strong prospecting, cold calling and lead qualification skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets
Nice to Have
- Previous IT sales experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is desirable
