Tilt is hiring a Business Development Representative - Poland

About the Role

Tilt is looking for a Business Development Representative for Poland. You will accelerate regional growth by managing the full commercial funnel, from prospecting to account management. Be the driving force connecting new sellers to Tilt, supporting their growth, and helping the Country Manager hit ambitious targets.

What You'll Do

  • Learn Tilt’s products, value proposition, and target markets.
  • Build and qualify outbound prospect lists.
  • Manage inbound processes by reaching out to and engaging new leads.
  • Onboard sellers and guide them to become great streamers through training and support.
  • Handle account management tasks, motivating and maintaining relationships with existing sellers.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Achieve first lead generation and meeting booking targets.
  • Support the Country Manager with initial client outreach.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead and opportunity targets.
  • Own and manage key stages of the sales funnel for your assigned region.
  • Develop strong market knowledge and insights for your country.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key prospects, sellers, and partners.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales to continuously optimise strategy and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation across email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Nice to Have

  • CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of SaaS or tech sales environments.
  • Familiarity with market research or account-based selling.
  • Experience in B2B or startup environments.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting regional or country-level sales.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and report to and support the Country Manager.
