ScaleSource is looking for a Business Development Representative - Latin America to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to recruitment handoff for franchise brands. You'll build relationships with founders and business owners, learn their industries, and present solutions aligned with their hiring needs.
What You'll Do
- Prospect through cold and warm calls, text, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
- Research franchise brands and build organized target lists
- Conduct discovery calls and present solutions that align with client hiring needs
- Manage pipeline, CRM entries, and follow-up sequences
- Handle objections, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with recruiters
- Stay involved post-sale to ensure expectations are met
- Collaborate with marketing and web teams to optimize lead generation funnels
- Test new tools, improve workflows, and bring new ideas to the table
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken English and confidence communicating on calls and video
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Comfort speaking with decision-makers and business owners
- Able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Understands sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline momentum
- Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented personality
- Someone who will ask questions, not wait to be told what to do
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to U.S. markets
- Franchise or service-based business experience
- CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies
