Responsibilities
- Own outbound pipeline generation across assigned lead sources
- Execute structured, multi-touch outreach using HubSpot sequences (calls, emails, SMS) to engage prospects and create qualified opportunities
- Research accounts, projects, and contacts to build targeted prospect lists aligned to ACD’s ideal customer profile
- Personalize outreach based on project activity, account context, and lead source to drive higher engagement and response rates
- Conduct initial discovery to understand contract workflow, project pipeline, and potential fit for AIA Contract Documents
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings (demos) for Account Executives with clear context and documented notes in CRM
- Maintain consistent follow-up and ensure all assigned leads are actively worked with no gaps in coverage
- Partner closely with AEs to align target accounts, messaging, and opportunity strategy
- Accurately track all activity and maintain CRM hygiene within HubSpot
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for activity, meeting conversion, and qualified opportunity creation
- Making 100+ outbound phone calls each day

Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
- SaaS experience and/or HubSpot experience are strongly preferred
