Forward Financing is hiring a Business Development Representative

About the Role

Forward Financing is looking for a Business Development Representative to develop relationships with prospective clients and maintain effective partnerships with existing customers to generate new business. You will report to the Customer Engagement Manager while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with prospective clients in our Renewals portfolio to generate new business.
  • Maintain, cultivate, and increase deals and relationships into actual submissions.
  • Reach your weekly targets, maintaining organized traceability of all communications.
  • Provide prompt and anticipated responses to our clients.
  • Deploy strategies focused on providing high-quality service, addressing client requests, needs, and problems until resolution.
  • Monitor and provide actionable insights to management based on engagement metrics and client feedback.
  • Be a strong ambassador of our company culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Demonstrated success in setting and hitting goals.
  • Client-focused, service-oriented, and skilled at building relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM software.

You will collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other leaders across Forward Financing in Santiago and Boston. You will report to the Customer Engagement Manager.

This is a hybrid role based in Boston, Massachusetts; Santiago, United States; Dominican Republic; or Canada.
