Databricks is hiring a Business Development Representative (German-speaking, DACH)

Responsibilities

  • Quickly build expertise in value-driven sales approaches, big data, and artificial intelligence
  • Deliver a positive experience to potential clients during initial interactions
  • Research target accounts and prospects to shape effective outreach strategies across diverse industries
  • Sustain consistent two-way communication with leads using customized follow-ups such as tailored emails, cold calls, and engagement on social platforms
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to refine regional strategy, grow the sales pipeline, and expand product adoption
  • Discover customer requirements and advance discussions into qualified sales opportunities by clearly aligning solutions to their needs

  • Fluency in English and German is required, with at least C1 level in both; native-level proficiency is preferred
  • This position follows a hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote
