The Business Development Representative role at Peninsula Canada is an entry-level sales position within the newly created Trailblazer Sales Programme. This role offers hands-on sales training and support to generate appointments and build a sales pipeline by engaging small and medium-sized businesses through outbound calling. The position is office-based and provides a clear career pathway into senior sales roles with uncapped commission and monthly incentives.
What You'll Do
- Doing a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
- Generate a minimum of 3 appointments per day
- Working alongside a field sales colleague to sell Peninsula’s services to small and medium-sized businesses
- Scheduling sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote Peninsula’s services
- Working with your Business Development Manager to generate new business deals & revenue
- Daily pipeline building and management of pipeline
- Performing different tasks as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the organization

- $50,000 base salary with on-target earnings ranging from $75,000 – $85,000 (tier 1), $85,000 – $90,000 (tier 2), $90,000 – $100,000 plus (tier 3)
