What You'll Do
Take ownership of outbound prospecting across Europe, excluding DACH, to identify and engage key decision-makers in real estate development and investment management. You'll focus on organizations managing projects valued between €10 million and over €1 billion, initiating conversations through targeted phone, email, and social outreach.
Your role is to transform cold introductions into meaningful dialogues by understanding client challenges, uncovering business needs, and identifying where our platform delivers value. You'll qualify leads with precision, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, and represent the company at industry events and select in-person meetings—primarily in the UK.
Accurate CRM documentation is essential, and you’ll contribute field insights that help refine go-to-market strategies for international markets.
Requirements
You bring 1–2 years of proven success in a business development or sales development role, with a track record in customer acquisition. Fluency in English—both written and spoken—is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
You’re self-motivated, thrive in hybrid work environments, and show a genuine interest in advancing your sales career. Active listening and clear communication are strengths you apply consistently when engaging prospects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling SaaS or technology products is an advantage. Familiarity with real estate, construction, or property investment workflows will help you connect more effectively with target clients.
