- Collect and verify business information for onboarding
- Guide partners through the setup and activation process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration
- Address merchant questions and concerns during early engagement
- Track interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
- Follow up consistently to move prospects toward activation
- Monitor progress against development targets
- Provide feedback from partners to internal stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and local competition
- Adapt communication style to different business types and sectors
- Support the expansion of merchant coverage in targeted regions
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
- Respond promptly to inbound partnership inquiries
- Build trust through professional and clear communication
- Identify upselling opportunities during development conversations
- Work closely with regional teams to align strategies
- Contribute to process improvements based on field experience
