TensorOps is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is focused on hunting new enterprise customers through outbound activities. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, playing a crucial role in building pipeline and fueling our next stage of growth.
What You'll Do
- Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
- Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers
- Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in outbound sales as a BDR or SDR
- Proven cold calling success and a hustle mentality
- Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales
