Flashpoint is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in our growth strategy. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate qualified leads from outbound prospecting to set up meetings for the Sales team.
- Coordinate high-level conversations between prospects and Sales Directors.
- Craft engaging messaging outreach across email, social media, phone calls, and texting.
- Research potential leads and target accounts in your assigned territory or industry.
- Master the sales pitch and prospecting methodology.
- Hit outbound activity targets consistently.
- Align outbound strategy and activities with Sales counterparts to begin successful relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in a BDR technology stack.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Security and/or Threat Intelligence space, or a strong eagerness to learn it quickly.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Sales team to drive qualified pipeline and support growth initiatives.

- Compensation: $50,000/yr - $60,000/yr plus commission.
