Duetto Research is looking for a Business Development Representative (APAC) to generate high-velocity pipeline across target accounts and buyer personas in the Asia-Pacific region. This role focuses on driving business growth through qualified lead creation and elevating brand presence via credible first-touch engagement.
What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across assigned APAC regions using email, phone, social media, and events to identify and qualify prospects.
- Engage and convert marketing-generated leads through rapid follow-up, discovery, and need qualification using a defined methodology.
- Investigate target accounts, buying centers, and stakeholders to tailor outreach, leveraging AI-driven tools to increase relevance and response rates.
- Manage the facilitation of high-quality first meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Document clear context, pain points, stakeholders, and next steps to ensure a clean handoff to the sales organization.
- Contribute to territory and account plans by collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to align coverage and outreach priorities.
- Update and maintain accurate account and lead data, activities, and stage progression in CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Track activity and pipeline KPIs to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Share market insights and collaborate with Marketing on messaging and campaign optimization.
- Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role, preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging senior-level decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of activity while maintaining a focus on quality conversations and outcomes.
- Business-level proficiency in English required; proficiency in Thai, Mandarin, Bahasa, or another regional language is a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
- Specialized skills, knowledge, or experience within the hospitality, travel, or technology industry.
- Prior experience operating within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Understanding of the APAC hospitality landscape, including key hotel groups, ownership structures, and market dynamics across Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and broader APAC.
