jobs is seeking a Business Development Representative to be a foundational member of our sales team. This is a high-impact opportunity as one of the earliest members of the outbound motion—you will be SDR #3 on a team expected to scale significantly. You will help build and refine outbound strategy, messaging, and pipeline generation in partnership with sales leadership, with a clear path to grow into broader roles.
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns primarily through email and written outreach.
- Research and identify high-fit, venture-backed prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity.
- Contribute to refining messaging, targeting strategy, and outbound processes.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape a scalable sales foundation.

Team & Environment
You'll join a small GTM team (currently 4) within a 17-person U.S. organization as one of the founding SDRs. The culture is defined by startup speed with professional rigor, working alongside leaders with experience from high-growth technology companies and established financial institutions.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 OTE (60% base / 40% variable).
- Early-stage equity participation.
