VitVio is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development team. This is a remote-first role based in US timezones. You will be the first point of contact for hospitals and surgical teams exploring VitVio, directly shaping our pipeline and growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research prospective hospitals and key decision-makers, including perioperative directors, OR managers, theatre nurses, surgical coordinators, CMIOs, digital leads, innovation teams, surgeons, and surgical department heads.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, plus any in-person events or meetings if required.
- Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile.
- Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the sales and clinical teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Keep our CRM and outreach data clean and up to date.
- Provide feedback on what resonates with hospitals and what doesn't.
- Take advantage of tools to automate and scale up outreach.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or prospecting.
- Excellent writer and communicator.
- Persistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable with rejection.
- Include the phrase “macrodata refinement” in your application.
- Curious about how hospitals actually function and eager to learn from clinicians.
- Want to be part of an early-stage team where your work shapes the go-to-market motion.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

- HubSpot for tracking conversations & deals
- Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace for internal collaboration
