VitVio is hiring a Business Development Representative

About the Role

VitVio is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development team. This is a remote-first role based in US timezones. You will be the first point of contact for hospitals and surgical teams exploring VitVio, directly shaping our pipeline and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research prospective hospitals and key decision-makers, including perioperative directors, OR managers, theatre nurses, surgical coordinators, CMIOs, digital leads, innovation teams, surgeons, and surgical department heads.
  • Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, plus any in-person events or meetings if required.
  • Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile.
  • Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the sales and clinical teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
  • Keep our CRM and outreach data clean and up to date.
  • Provide feedback on what resonates with hospitals and what doesn't.
  • Take advantage of tools to automate and scale up outreach.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or prospecting.
  • Excellent writer and communicator.
  • Persistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable with rejection.
  • Include the phrase “macrodata refinement” in your application.
  • Curious about how hospitals actually function and eager to learn from clinicians.
  • Want to be part of an early-stage team where your work shapes the go-to-market motion.

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Technical Stack

  • LinkedIn & email cold outreach automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay)
  • HubSpot for tracking conversations & deals
  • Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace for internal collaboration
