Smartbug Media is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities to fuel the company's growth.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new business leads through targeted outreach
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and qualify opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and account executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging prospects
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your pipeline
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Basic understanding of CRM software for tracking leads and activities
