Scale Army is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive enterprise client acquisition for our consulting firm specializing in end-to-end website management. You will execute a quality-over-quantity strategy focused on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with select target companies generating $20M+ in revenue. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO to leverage his network and act as a partner in advancing high-potential deals.
What You'll Do
- Secure large enterprise clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Identify top prospects and create customized engagement plans.
- Engage targeted leads using cold outreach methods, including personalized emails, phone calls, and social media.
- Leverage the CEO’s network to warm up and advance leads.
- Qualify leads and collaborate with the sales team to ensure only high-quality prospects advance.
- Partner with the CEO in securing deals and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Track and report key sales metrics, including meetings booked, qualified leads, and pipeline progression.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies for engaging high-value prospects.
- Proven success with cold outreach via email, phone, and social media (LinkedIn, X).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally at the enterprise level.
- Knowledge of the design, development, or tech industry.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and familiarity with data enrichment tools like Clay.com.
- Passion for AI and how it enhances productivity and effectiveness.
