About the Role

Insurity is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive our growth by generating new leads and building relationships with prospective customers. You will play a key role in initiating conversations, understanding prospect needs, and creating sales opportunities through strategic outbound activities.

What You'll Do

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new prospects.
  • Identify and build trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate pipeline.
  • Identify and understand prospect pain points, gather requirements, and correlate business value to prospect needs.
  • Qualify all leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
  • Report to manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience with a history of exceeding lead targets or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
