Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales within healthcare IT or health informatics.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical capabilities as business and clinical benefits.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with technical, clinical, and economic decision-makers, including PACS administrators, radiology informatics teams, radiology department heads, radiologists, CIOs, and IT leadership.
- Solid understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure, including PACS, RIS, HIS/EMR integration, HL7, DICOM, and FHIR, to discuss enterprise imaging architecture, integrations, and workflow fit with technical buyers.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of working independently on lengthy, complex sales cycles and high-volume outreach, with sound judgment and review at critical points.
- Experience with enterprise procurement processes, including RFPs, IT governance, and hospital capital budgeting cycles.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience selling enterprise imaging, population health, or related solutions is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the competitive enterprise imaging landscape is preferred.
